Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Impaired Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on their specific needs. You will safeguard the client's self-determination and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily routine.

About the role

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is empathetic, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and identify what needs to be done. Duties include care, feeding, operating floor lifts, and simple exercises.

We are now looking for you who meet the following criteria:

• Willing to work for a 74-year-old man living in Norrköping
• Have good knowledge of Polish, as the client only speaks Polish
• Have experience in similar work

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment level, and salary:

The current form of employment is a "summer temporary position" with an employment level of approximately 70% during weeks 30–32. The working hours are scheduled as follows: Mondays 08:00–12:00 and 16:00–22:00, and Tuesday–Saturday 11:00–14:30/15:00.

Fixed hourly wage by agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: July 20, 2026.
