We are now recruiting a full-time Personal Trainer for SATS Jakobsberg!

As a PT at SATS, you make a significant difference for our many members. For several of them, working with a personal trainer is the key to succeeding in their fitness journey and achieving lasting change – whether it concerns lifestyle or more concrete training goals.

You get close to the members right from the first meeting, where you conduct a thorough needs analysis. You use your expertise to tailor realistic, motivating, and individualized diet and training plans that help members reach their goals.

You are a positive inspirer, driving force, and contributor even outside your own area of responsibility. Together with your colleagues at the center, you ensure that the facility maintains an extraordinary standard in all areas and continues to develop.

• You hold Active Sweden's national PT license. You can register by having completed a training course approved by Friskvårdsföretagen, having substantial work experience as a PT, or alternatively by passing their exam with a good result.

• You are an inspirer who is passionate about giving customers unique training experiences based on concrete and individual goals.

• You enjoy sales and take responsibility for establishing and developing your own client portfolio.

• You are perceived as secure and are skilled at creating and maintaining relationships.

• You are positive and inclusive.

• You work independently and take initiative.

• You are diligent in following routines and respect rules and guidelines.

• You want to work 20 active PT hours/week (full-time commitment) and are aware that working hours also include evenings and weekends.

• Previous experience in the role of Personal Trainer is considered an asset.

As a new PT at SATS, you will work with our introductory program PT-start. A PT should help all members get started with training and contribute to establishing good training habits. Working with PT-start is the perfect way to become a full-time PT. Here you can easily gain experience in selling PT services while building relationships with potential customers – while receiving an introductory salary.

As a PT at SATS, you contribute to socially important work. You help people live better lives, reach a goal, or perhaps fulfill a dream. This is what makes our days at SATS likely more pleasant and meaningful than many others.
