Your future challenge

We are looking for a Project Planner for our project planning department. Project planning is a prerequisite for us as a company to be able to handle and deliver complex projects. The planning should lead to a unified view of what is required to reach the goal at all levels in a project.

You will be part of a project team, where you will support the project manager. You will drive the project's planning work and methodology.

You work with milestones and schedules, creation and analysis of project structures, follow-up, requirement setting, schedule risks, and reporting on the project in close collaboration with project management including project controllers.

The person you are

We are looking for you who have:

• A university/college education in the engineering field or economics, or equivalent.
• Experience in planning.
• Experience working in the Office suite.
• Good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

Meritorious is experience of working in industrial projects as well as work in systems, e.g., Primavera, MS Project, DevOps.

To thrive in the role, you are a self-starting person with drive and engagement, who structures and plans your work in an efficient way. You have a strategic holistic perspective and handle complexity with confidence, while using relevant models in your work. Since you work in a project team, you enjoy collaborating with others, take own initiative, and contribute actively to common goals.
