Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to cover a parental leave, starting after the summer and for at least one year. The position involves becoming a central part of the operations, where you will be responsible for selling spare parts, printers, and services, coordinating service cases, handling customer contact, and ensuring that daily workflows function efficiently.

You will continuously register and follow up on service orders in the business system Pyramid, ensuring that technicians have all necessary information before each assignment. You are also responsible for keeping service loops and planning updated and optimized for the best possible efficiency and response time.

The role requires great flexibility and the ability to quickly reprioritize in the event of changing conditions or urgent situations. You thrive in a dynamic environment where tasks may vary depending on the business's needs.

You will also work proactively with customer relations by identifying upselling opportunities, following up on previous customer cases, and contributing to creating new business opportunities. If needed, you may also accompany the sales department on customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming emails and calls

  • Register, coordinate, and update service orders

  • Follow up on open cases and ensure feedback

  • Handle customer orders and administration in the system

  • Support the warehouse and other functions as needed

Profile

To succeed in this role, a combination of business acumen and a sense for service is required. You have an interest in technical solutions and the drive to convert customer needs into concrete business. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in problem-solving and sales who always puts the customer's needs first. You are service-oriented, responsive, and proactive. To thrive in this role, it is important that you appreciate a structured approach and are accustomed to working with digital tools and communication channels in your daily work.

Requirements:

  • Technical understanding

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of MS Office

Experience with the business system Pyramid is considered a merit.

Start: August/September
Scope: Full-time, fixed-term contract for at least 1 year
Working Hours: Daytime
Location: Malmö
