Job Responsibilities

You will work practically with machines, tools, and equipment. This is a technical role where you will both think and act.

• Operate and monitor machines in operation
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot as needed
• Refill materials, perform quality control measurements, and document
• Maintain orderliness of tools, equipment, and workspace

Working hours are primarily shift-based, but daytime shifts may also occur. The location is just outside Borås.

Background and Personal Qualities

We do not care about fancy titles; what matters is that you are handy, detail-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Here is what we consider important for this role:

Requirements:

• Experience with tools and machinery
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license

Merits:

• Experience in workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance
• You have been tinkering since childhood, at home, in the garage, or at work
• Ability to read drawings and handle measuring instruments
