Add:north is a Swedish manufacturer of high-quality filament for 3D printers and develops advanced materials for both industrial and technical applications. With production in Ölsremma and customers across a range of industries, Add:north is driving development in additive manufacturing and future production technologies.
We are now looking for several Extrusion Technicians who want to be part of an innovative company where technology, quality, and development are at the forefront.
About the role
As an Extrusion Technician at Add:north, you work at the heart of production where high-quality filament for 3D printing is manufactured. You are responsible for monitoring, setting up, and optimizing the extrusion process to ensure consistent and high product quality.
The role is both operational and technical, meaning you work closely with production while actively contributing to improvements, process development, and problem-solving.
The work takes place in a modern, technology-driven environment where quality, precision, and a willingness to develop are crucial for success.
Your responsibilities
- Monitor and operate the extrusion lines in daily production
- Set up, adjust, and optimize process parameters
- Ensure that products meet established quality requirements
- Troubleshoot and rectify deviations in the process
- Participate in improvement and development work within production
- Document and follow up on production data
- Collaborate with colleagues in production, quality, and engineering
We are looking for you who
- Have experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably in plastics, extrusion, or process industry
- Have a technical interest, preferably in 3D printing, and thrive working close to production
- Are solution-oriented and have an aptitude for analyzing and improving processes
- Are precise, quality-conscious, and responsible
- Thrive in a business where development and innovation are a natural part of everyday life
- Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment
- Experience with extrusion, plastic processing, or other process industries is meritorious, but we also place great emphasis on your technical understanding and willingness to develop.

- Working hours: 2-shift system, alternating weeks
