This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Bravura and you will be employed directly by Nordic Auto El.

Nordic Auto El is a family-owned company with extensive experience in vehicle electronics and technical solutions for commercial vehicles. Founded in 1991, the company now operates in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. They have approximately 4,500 contractual customers across their workshops and have been accredited by SWEDAC in Sweden since 2000. Nearly 10,000 cars pass through their workshops annually. Nordic Auto El works with various car electronics solutions for individual vehicles as well as small and large vehicle fleets. Today, they have a total of 16 employees with comprehensive knowledge of car electronics, installations, and accessories.

Job Responsibilities

The role of technician is broad and varied. You will work primarily in the workshop but also on-site with customers for the installation and service of electronic equipment. The work is largely independent, where you are responsible for your booked jobs, with support from colleagues when needed. The assignments vary in scope and duration, from shorter service jobs to longer installation projects.

Examples of tasks:

• Installation and calibration of alcohol interlocks
• Mounting of taximeters and other vehicle equipment
• Installation of fleet management systems
• Troubleshooting and work with vehicle electronics (12/24V)
• Installation of car interiors and lighting
• Work in the workshop and on-site with customers

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

Requirements

• Basic electrical knowledge
• Understanding of electrical schematics, relays, etc.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Manual B driver's license
• Basic computer skills

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from the automotive or service industry
• Experience with alcohol interlocks and taximeters
• Experience with fleet management systems
• Experience with car interiors and lighting
• C driver's license
