Production Manager in Forest Logistics – BDX Skog, Piteå

BDX Skog is now looking for a Production Manager who wants to help develop our forest logistics and contribute to an efficient, sustainable, and well-functioning operation.

About the role

As a Production Manager at BDX Skog, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and further developing our operational activities regarding chip and roundwood transport.

You play a key role in ensuring that our production runs efficiently and with high quality, while driving improvement work and development.

You act as a support and sounding board for our transport managers and contribute to developing both working methods and collaborations.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and well-functioning daily production
• Support our transport managers
• Build and develop good relationships with customers and suppliers
• Participate in quoting and pricing
• Identify and drive improvements in flows and working methods
• Contribute to the development and long-term sustainability of the business

• Experience in forest logistics
• Knowledge of VIOL
• Understanding of transport regulations
