We are looking for a service-oriented order clerk who wants to become an important part of our sales team and contribute to a truly great customer experience.

Alde International Systems AB is a world-leading company in the development and manufacturing of water-based heating systems for caravans and motorhomes. The company has its headquarters and production in Färlöv outside Kristianstad, as well as operations in Germany, the UK, and the USA. Your Responsibilities

In the role of Order Clerk, you will have a broad position with daily customer contact in Swedish and English. You will work with order processing, price inquiries, deliveries, logistics, technical questions, and complaints in close collaboration with colleagues in sales, planning, purchasing, product, and logistics. Your tasks will include:

• Registering and following up on orders in the business system Monitor via phone and email.
• Supporting customers with questions regarding products, availability, prices, and deliveries.
• Ensuring a smooth order flow together with internal functions.
• Working with price lists, follow-ups, and simpler analyses.
• Participating in customer events and customer training.

In this position, you report to the Order Team Leader.

Your Background/Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in order processing, customer service, inside sales, or similar – preferably in a technical manufacturing company. You are accustomed to working in digital systems, have a commercial mindset, and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, and knowledge of German is a plus.

As a person, you are engaged, solution-oriented, and service-minded. You like pace, are good at prioritizing, and quickly build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You thrive best in an open, non-hierarchical, and team-oriented environment.
