Job Responsibilities

As a night nursing assistant with us, you are a secure point for our residents and an important part of the municipality's welfare services. You work in a small night team where you support each other and keep track of care, security, and medication.

You will, among other things:

• Provide care and support according to the individual's needs during the night
• Create security, calm, and good contact with the residents
• Perform documentation in the activity system in a simple and clear manner
• Collaborate closely with night colleagues, day/evening staff, and nurses
• Administer medication/insulin according to current routines when delegated

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and enjoys working close to people – even at 03:15 AM.

We see that you have:

• A nursing assistant degree or equivalent education
• At least 1 year of experience from work in care and social services is meritorious
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• Interest in, and preferably experience of, administering medication/insulin by delegation
• Ability to work independently while still being a team player
• Ability to adapt to changed circumstances
• Ability to act in accordance with decisions, the activity plan, goals, policies, and guidelines

Permanent position, full-time. Working hours: Night

Start date: According to agreement.
