Do you want to work with advanced product development in a technically strong industrial environment? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mechanical Designer to work with a leading industrial client in central Örebro.

About the role
As a Mechanical Designer, you will work with the development and further development of products and systems. The work covers the entire chain – from concept development to finished design, including modeling, drawing creation, and technical specifications.

You will work closely with other engineers and contribute to developing solutions that balance function, quality, delivery time, and cost.

Your profile
We are looking for you who have solid experience in mechanical design and an understanding of how technical solutions are translated into manufacturing.

We would like you to have:

• Experience with 3D CAD, preferably Creo.
• Knowledge of machine elements, e.g., screw and weld joints.
• Competence in:

• Welding technology.
• Manufacturing methods.
• Materials and material selection.

• Ability to work with technical documentation and specifications.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
