About the role:

As a controller with a focus on accounting, you are responsible for ensuring quality and structure in the administration's financial work. You work both operationally and strategically and serve as an important support to managers and operations in financial matters.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Development of accounting and financial follow-up
• Quality assurance of accounting processes and routines
• Involvement in reporting and final accounts
• Support and advice within finance and management
• Participation in development and improvement work within finance and administration

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and has a strong drive to develop and improve financial processes. You have a good understanding of accounting while thriving in a consultative and operationally close role.

We see that you:

• Have a university degree in economics with a focus on accounting or equivalent
• Have good knowledge of final accounts, follow-up, and financial management
• Have extensive competence in accounting
• Work in a structured and independent manner
• Fluent in Swedish, both in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have experience from the public sector and knowledge of municipal accounting.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, meticulous, and structured. You are self-motivated, take responsibility for your work, and drive processes forward in an efficient manner. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and communicate clearly, both in speech and writing. You are quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and have an interest in developing and improving methods and routines. You thrive in an operationally close role where you contribute to both management and development within public operations.
