Do you want to help ensure efficient and sustainable logistical flows in an international environment? We are now looking for a driven and solution-oriented Fulfilment Specialist to join our logistics department in Mariestad.

Your role

As a Fulfilment Specialist, you are responsible for the short-term management of both internal and external distribution flows within your region. You ensure that the logistics chain functions efficiently and that agreed service levels are met – every day.

You work in a dynamic environment where you plan, coordinate, and follow up on logistical activities, playing a central role in creating structure, quality, and delivery precision.

You are responsible for ensuring correct and updated master data, as well as defining and developing efficient delivery setups and transport solutions. The role involves analyzing short-term capacity constraints and translating these into clear logistics plans communicated to relevant parties.

You handle transport inquiries, book transports, and follow up on deliveries to ensure quality and precision in the flow. Furthermore, you are responsible for handling discrepancies within logistics and working proactively on improvements. The role also includes handling and following up on logistics-related invoices.

You are meticulous and have an eye for detail, while also having the ability to see the big picture and understand logistical flows from a broader perspective. You work in a structured and organized manner and thrive in a coordinating role with many contact points. You are a good communicator and collaborator who builds strong relationships, and you are quick to take initiative to solve problems and drive work forward.

We are looking for someone who has

• A university/college degree in logistics or another relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar area
• Good system proficiency, preferably with experience in SAP
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probationary period. The employment is covered by the collective agreement General Terms of Employment in the Pulp and Paper Industry.
