Job Responsibilities

You will work practically with machines, tools, and equipment. This is a technical role where you will both think and do.

• Operate and monitor machines in production
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot as needed
• Refill materials, perform quality control measurements, and document
• Maintain orderliness of tools, equipment, and workspace

Working hours are scheduled for shift work, but daytime shifts may also occur. The location is just outside Borås.

Background and Personal Qualities

We do not care about fancy titles; what matters is that you are handy, meticulous, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Here is what we consider important for the role:

Requirements:

• Experience with tools and machines
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license

Merits:

• Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance
• You have been tinkering since childhood, at home, in the garage, or at work
• Ability to understand drawings and handle measuring instruments
