At Erikslunden Dementia Care Facility, we are looking for you who want to be involved in providing good care and support to our residents. In the role of assistant nurse, you have the opportunity to create the best living environment for our residents based on a person-centered approach.

Responsibilities

You work with care and professionalism in collaboration with the rest of the team and in close contact with our residents. This also involves working for good cooperation with other professional groups and relatives.

Main responsibilities include:

• Meeting residents' individual needs for care and support.
• Carrying out delegated healthcare interventions in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Act.
• Documentation and service tasks.

Qualifications and Merits

We are looking for you who have completed the Care and Support Program or the Healthcare Assistant education. Experience with dementia and elderly care is meritorious.

You are confident in documenting in and using various systems required for the work. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, as the work involves contact with residents, relatives, documentation, and reading of information relevant to the work. Knowledge and experience of medication management and having had medication delegation is meritorious. A Class B driver's license is meritorious.
