At Fordonsakademin, we are now looking for a driven and service-oriented recruiter who wants to help develop our operations in recruitment, staffing, and competence supply at our office in Gothenburg.

About the role

As a recruiter with us, you will work with the entire process – from customer contact and needs analysis to recruitment, matching, and follow-up. You are a key link between our customers/clients, consultants, and candidates, responsible for ensuring very high quality and satisfied partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with our customers, both new and existing.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and matching the right people based on our customers'/clients' needs.
• Ensuring that consultants and candidates are happy and developing in their assignments.
• Regular follow-up with customers/clients, consultants, and candidates.
• Ensuring that we deliver according to our agreements and high expectations.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with great engagement who thrives in a dynamic role where no day is the same. You are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and have an aptitude for creating and maintaining relationships.

A requirement is that you have a background and a large network within the automotive industry in Gothenburg and the surrounding area.

We believe you have:

• Extensive experience working within the automotive industry, e.g., in body shops, service workshops, sales, or similar roles.
• Experience from recruitment and competence supply within the automotive industry.
• Experience in recruitment/consultant manager roles or similar, preferably within staffing/recruitment.
• A large and broad network within the automotive industry.
• Good ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines. You will be the "hub" for us.
• A passion for ensuring our customers/clients receive excellent treatment. You are accustomed to negotiating and leading meetings/interviews.
• Driver's license B.

In this role, you need to enjoy working with positive engagement and energy towards the customer, at times with a high pace. This requires a high level of service awareness, good communication skills (Swedish and English), and strong presence. You are proactive, structured, positive, and flexible regarding different tasks. You also have good teamwork skills and contribute to a good atmosphere as we are a team that works closely together.
