Job Responsibilities

As a specialist nursing assistant, you have a special assignment to support colleagues and drive development forward. With your in-depth knowledge, you support and guide your colleagues in daily work. You create a secure, meaningful, and active daily life for our residents. You motivate, support, and provide personal care based on each person's needs. You collaborate with colleagues, group leaders, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and relatives to provide secure and coordinated support. You are the primary contact for care, have delegated health care tasks, and document your work. We work with digital methods where you document in Viva and BPSD, and sign off in APPVA and the Viva Care App.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a specialist nursing assistant, preferably with a dementia focus. You have experience working in elderly care, and if you have also worked as a specialist nursing assistant, that is a plus. You are used to documenting and feel comfortable with digital systems. If you also have experience coaching and mentoring others, quality work, or a representative role, that is positive. You are open to receiving delegation and can work days, evenings, and every other weekend.

You are engaged and responsible, with the ability to take initiative in your work. You are driven by developing the operations and have a flexible attitude that makes you good at finding solutions and adapting to different situations. You see the big picture and dare to test new ways of working. You communicate easily and build good relationships, both with residents and colleagues.

Salary: Monthly salary.
