Do you want to make AI concrete, relevant, and value-creating in everyday life? At Norion Bank, you will have a key role in shaping future ways of working, together with the business. At Norion Bank, AI transformation is not just about technology, but about people, behaviors, learning, and the courage to think differently.

We are now looking for a driven and inspiring AI Coach who wants to contribute to creating real impact from AI in the organization. This role suits you if you thrive at the intersection of people, business, and technology, and are motivated by helping others understand, test, and use AI in a safe, smart, and business-relevant way.

ABOUT THE ROLE As an AI Coach, you will become a central part of the bank's AI Transformation Team, which drives strategic AI work and supports the business in various AI initiatives. The team is part of the bank's Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for larger strategic projects related to the bank's continued development and transformation, such as process improvements, automation, and AI.

In this role, you will support leaders and teams in understanding, testing, and implementing AI in daily work. Through coaching, facilitation, and change management, you help the organization turn AI opportunities into concrete working methods, enhanced competence, and clear business value.

You drive initiatives from idea to adoption, identify high-impact use cases, and create energy around new ways of working. A key part of the assignment is to build a culture where learning, curiosity, and exploration are natural parts of the AI journey.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Leading change initiatives related to AI and new ways of working
  • Coaching leaders and teams in AI adoption, learning, and behavioral change
  • Keeping up to date with new features in our daily tools
  • Planning and conducting training, workshops, and guidance on practical AI use
  • Developing support materials, guides, checklists, and best practices for AI in everyday life
  • Acting as expert support during the implementation and use of AI tools
  • Creating understanding of AI's opportunities, limitations, and risks
  • Identifying and prioritizing AI use cases with clear business value
  • Monitoring adoption, impact, and maturity in the organization
  • Collaborating closely with the PMO, AI Transformation Team, business areas, IT, Privacy, Legal, and other central functions

This is a role with great potential to influence, both how AI is used practically in the business and how the organization develops its ability to work smarter, faster, and more data-driven.

ABOUT YOU We are looking for you who combine strong communication and pedagogical skills with a genuine interest in AI, change, and business development. You do not need to be a deep technical AI expert, but you have a good understanding of how AI and digital tools can be used to streamline, improve, and develop working methods.

You are confident navigating complex organizations, building trust, and getting people on board with change. You have a natural ability to create engagement, make the complex understandable, and turn strategy into practical implementation.

We believe you have:

  • An academic degree in areas such as change management, organizational development, leadership, digital transformation, IT, or equivalent
  • Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, business development, coaching, or similar
  • Experience leading initiatives with a strong focus on behavioral change, adoption, and anchoring
  • Good understanding of AI and digital tools, as well as a strong interest in how technology can create business value
  • Very good ability to facilitate workshops, coach groups, and create learning in the organization
  • Experience in cross-functional work and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written

As a person, you are structured, self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented. You thrive in collaboration, creating direction, and leading without always having a formal mandate. You easily build relationships, create security in change, and get people to work towards common goals.

Experience from a regulated industry is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have previously worked with AI initiatives, automation, or other digitalization projects where new technology has been translated into concrete business value and efficient working methods.

The position is a permanent full-time employment preceded by a probationary period, starting as agreed.

The role is located at Norion Bank's headquarters at Lilla Bommen in Gothenburg.

In all recruitment processes, Norion Bank conducts background checks on the final candidate. The background check includes, among other things, financial information, legal information, and residence details.

Norion Bank will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Read more about our handling of personal data and your rights at https://karriar.norionbank.se/data-privacy (https://karriar.norionbank.se/data-privacy).

Community, innovation, and modern working methods are characteristics of Norion Bank Group. We simply offer you an organization with fast decision-making paths, great openness, and much energy.

We offer you an exciting company with good development opportunities, ongoing competence development, and joint activities on and off the workplace.
