The Role of Inside Sales Representative:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Renta, you play a central role in daily operations and are often the customer's first point of contact. You actively engage with our customers at the depot counter, handle inquiries via phone and email, prepare quotes, register orders, and follow up on business deals. You collaborate closely with field sales representatives, depot staff, and other colleagues to ensure high service levels and efficient deliveries. You are responsible for matching customer needs with the right machinery and solutions – whether for smaller construction projects or larger contracts. The role also involves administration related to rentals, customer follow-ups, and developing existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. You will become a key part of the local team in Kiruna and help strengthen Renta's market position.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a structured and service-oriented team player who enjoys daily customer interaction.
• Has strong administrative skills and feels confident handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Is business-minded and skilled at identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and good proficiency in the Office suite.
• Has good knowledge of the local area in Kiruna.
• Is driven, responsible, and thrives in a role with varied tasks.

Merits:

• Experience in sales or customer service within the construction, machinery, or civil engineering sectors – or another relevant industry.
• Previous experience with machinery rental or knowledge of construction and civil engineering equipment.
• Experience with order processing, quotation work, and administrative systems.
• Experience working with both local and national customers.
