Then you could be our new Sales Representative! We are currently looking for employees for our freezer team, district Östergötland and surrounding areas. Hotel overnight stays are part of the role.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you drive sales for our suppliers in your district, which consists of approximately 135 stores. You are responsible for proactively creating growth for both the stores, the client, and Conaxess Trade.

Your main tasks include:

  • building a good and business-oriented relationship with store buyers
  • working based on established sales cycle plans and set budget goals
  • ensuring good distribution of our products
  • creating sales-oriented in-store displays

Qualifications

Aside from loving to do business, we believe the following keywords are crucial for success as a sales representative with us:

  • Energetic and self-driven, focused with a strong winner's mentality
  • Structured with good planning skills
  • Positive attitude and good teamwork skills

We prefer that you have experience as a sales representative and/or have worked in the grocery retail industry.

We offer you an exciting and varied daily routine with many meetings. You will report to the Sales Manager and be part of a nationwide team that meets a couple of times a year at developmental and inspiring conferences.

We have a collective agreement with Svensk Handel and offer a fixed monthly salary, bonus, wellness allowance, and company car.

The position is a permanent full-time employment; we always apply a 6-month probation period.
