About the Company
Andon Robotics delivers customer-specific robotic systems for welding and handling. The operations encompass systems, products, and aftermarket services, with Sweden as the primary market. Andon Robotics is part of the Weland Group.

Your Responsibilities
As part of the aftermarket team, you will be a key player in maintaining, developing, and creating new automation solutions. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, service, maintenance, optimization, as well as upgrading and revising existing systems.
Most of the work takes place at customer sites, meaning you should enjoy traveling and working on the road.
Your Profile
- You have several years of documented experience in industrial automation, with skills in PLC and HMI programming, troubleshooting, electronics, and reading electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of robotics is considered an asset.
- As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and have a systematic approach to work. You are results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- The ability to seek new knowledge and quickly adapt to new working methods is crucial for success in this role.
- To succeed in the position, you must be fluent in Swedish (speaking and writing) and able to understand and communicate in English.
- A valid B-class driver's license is required.
