Physiotherapist Temporary Position at Timrå Municipality

One of our physiotherapists will be studying for a year. Therefore, we are looking for an engaged substitute for our team within health and care services in Timrå Municipality.

Job Responsibilities

As a physiotherapist with us, you work with assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for people of different ages and with varying needs. You work both independently and in teams together with occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants/mobility instructors, nurses, and care staff. Work takes place both in Supported Housing (SÄBO) and in home healthcare.

The job responsibilities include among other things:

• Functional and activity assessments
• Rehabilitative and preventive measures
• Fitting and prescribing assistive devices
• Supervision and support for care staff
• Collaboration with internal and external actors
• Documentation in the Lifecare medical record system

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed physiotherapist
• Have good ability to work independently and systematically
• Are flexible, responsible, and have a good approach to people
• Enjoy collaboration and creating good relationships

Experience from municipal operations is meritorious but not a requirement.
