About the Role

This is a 6-month consultancy assignment with good prospects for extension and potential permanent hire in the future. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is explicitly stated that DHL Freight intends to offer you a permanent position with them in the long run. This provides both you and DHL Freight with a great opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how well you fit together.

DHL in Sweden has approximately 4,000 employees and 65 offices, terminals, and stations throughout the country. The customer service unit for DHL Freight in Jönköping is responsible for handling all customer cases related to international transport. The team consists of about 50 employees working together to provide customers with the best possible service.

For DHL Freight, accessibility and customer interaction are crucial for delivering a positive customer experience. Therefore, customer focus and your engagement as an employee are extremely important in this role!

💼 Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for receiving, handling, and administering incoming cases via phone, email, and chat. The cases concern questions both before, during, and after transport from customers located throughout Europe. You interact with both business customers and private individuals, where the key is to find the right solution and provide good service. Furthermore, you collaborate closely with other functions within customer service and DHL Freight. This is to strengthen bonds and cooperation within DHL Freight with the aim of continuous improvement.

In this role, you are initially offered an introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems. Here you have the opportunity to develop together with your department and the entire customer service team. DHL Freight has divided customer questions into different knowledge areas, meaning you start by learning one area before building on with more. Together with your colleagues, you support each other.

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education or equivalent

  • Experience in customer service or similar

  • Good computer and system proficiency

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for you who have good communication skills and thrive best when collaborating with others. Since accessibility and customer interaction are important for delivering a positive customer experience, we see that you are motivated by delivering good service and are a good listener. Since the work requires high structure and order, you are also a meticulous person, accustomed to working in data and system environments, and have the ability to prioritize your work and be solution-focused. It is also important that you can handle a varied work pace and are flexible as the workload may vary.
