We are now looking for a service-oriented and driven service advisor for our car workshop. The tasks include, among other things, booking customers for service and repairs, scheduling jobs for mechanics, handling customer payments, and ordering spare parts. You should have good knowledge of cars and be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A major focus is placed on providing good service and achieving customer satisfaction.

We want you to be passionate about working with people and service. You should find it easy to connect with new people and thrive in a flexible work environment. You should also have a strong sense of service.

You should be:

• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Trained in vehicle technology or have experience within the automotive industry
• Organized
• Proficient in computer use
• Good knowledge of English
• Hold a Category B driver's license

This is a full-time position. We offer a six-month probation period followed by a permanent contract, with individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
