Interim Sales Manager for Bread and Dairy – Stora Coop Karlskoga

Hours: 38.25 hours/week

Stora Coop Karlskoga is now looking for an Interim Sales Manager specializing in Bread and Dairy who wants to contribute to the development of both the department and the team.

About the role

As the Sales Manager for Bread and Dairy, you have clear responsibility for the daily operations and development of the department. You work closely with the Sales Manager and skilled employees, ensuring an attractive assortment, good profitability, and an inspiring customer experience together.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Lead and distribute daily work within the department
• Ensure product flow, restocking, date checks, and product presentation
• Actively work with sales, shrinkage, campaigns, and key figures
• Contribute to good collaboration in the store and a positive work climate

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience from the grocery retail industry and thrive in a pleasant environment in an operational role. You are structured, solution-focused, and have a genuine commitment to food, people, and business.

• Have previous experience from a store or department
• Have a good understanding of merchandise handling, sales, and work routines
• Are confident in leading others in daily work
• Are communicative, responsible, and unpretentious
