Job Responsibilities

In the role of Event and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a central role in the company's presence. Your main focus will be to strengthen brand visibility and create engagement around our electricity trading companies, which contributes to driving sales forward.

Below are some examples of typical tasks:

  • Lead and execute various projects.
  • Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Follow up after trade fairs, for example by sending mass emails to potential customers and partners.
  • Develop corporate materials, such as roll-ups and brochures.
  • Attend meetings, both via phone, in person, and at other locations.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as campaign management and website updates.
  • Handle social media to some extent.
  • Calculate commission statements for resellers.
  • Write blog posts.

Who are you?

  • You are a forward-thinking and engaged person who is motivated by new projects and challenges.
  • You are someone who dares to take a stand and feels confident when communicating in front of larger groups.
  • As an Event and Marketing Coordinator, you may encounter more complex systems; therefore, we are looking for someone with patience and the ability to spot details in systems.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in events, marketing, sales, or similar fields is preferred.
  • Previous experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience with CRM or customer systems.

Working Hours

We are looking for someone who can work with varying schedules. You must be prepared for the work not always following a standard 07:30–16:30 schedule, as trade fairs and meetings can take place early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.

The role also involves travel, which may include overnight stays at hotels in other cities.

Training

We want to give you the best possible start with us. Therefore, we begin employment with a week of internal training within the electricity market. You will also learn more about our services and how we work. The training takes place on-site with full pay.

About the Position

Working Hours: Weekdays, 07:30-16:30. Weekends and irregular hours occur.

Employment Terms: Fixed-term contract, from October 2026 to January 2028.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
