Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for long-term maintenance planning of park and ground areas to ensure economic and cultural-historical values.
• Initiate, investigate, and prepare decision support materials for maintenance and renovation projects in collaboration with property managers and operations organizations.
• Lead maintenance and development projects from start to implementation.
• Create budgets, plan, procure, coordinate, and follow up on projects.
• Develop and create maintenance plans for parks and tree environments.
• Conduct risk tree assessments.
• Ensure that work is carried out with great consideration for the area's cultural-historical values.
• Collaborate with tenants, including handling projects where security checks may occur.

Your Profile

• University education in landscape engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent, or equivalent competence through practical experience.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• At least three years of experience working with tree stand maintenance and risk tree management.
• At least three years of experience in project management.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least three years of experience in public procurement.
• At least three years of experience with laws, regulations, and other requirements related to property ownership responsibilities and contract law.
