We are looking for a licensed psychologist or healthcare counselor to join our team in the Särna/Idre area, where the mountains meet the future! Welcome to a workplace that offers both challenges and breathtaking nature all year round.

Do you want to work broadly with mental health in a rural area where you can make a real impact? We are now seeking a licensed psychologist or licensed healthcare counselor with an interest in rural living, who wants to work in the heart of Sweden's most attractive mountain region. At the health center in Särna, you will become part of a dedicated team caring for approximately 2,050 registered patients with a wide variety of ages and needs. We also have a branch in Idre for certain outpatient services.

Here, dedicated staff from various professions with broad expertise collaborate daily with a shared focus on the patient's well-being. Our work environment is open and welcoming. You will become part of rural life with significant seasonal variations and close proximity to mountains, lakes, and hiking trails – this is the "fifth season," with a total of 30,000 tourist beds in the immediate area. This is a shared position where you will work with both children/young people and adult patients within the scope of primary care.

The work includes, among other things:

• Assessment and mapping of mental health issues in adults and children aged 6–17.
• Psychological treatment for adults and children aged 6–17.
• Parental conversations and counseling.
• Collaboration with other professions and external actors.
• Involvement in development work and improvement of routines.
• Supervision of health center staff.

Requirements:

• Licensed psychologist or licensed healthcare counselor.
• Basic training in CBT (Step 1).
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid B driver's license.
