The Women's Clinic consists of a maternity ward, antenatal ward, maternity/gynecology ward, maternity clinic, gynecology clinic, patient hotel, and counseling services. The gynecology clinic is located in modern, bright facilities with close collaboration with other units within women's healthcare.

In addition to scheduled outpatient activities, the clinic provides on-call services for acute patients, day care, and abortion services. We also perform outpatient procedures on our treatment ward (outpatient surgery). Furthermore, we are responsible for telephone advice, summonses, and waitlist management.

We work with individual areas of responsibility, such as midwife-led abortion clinics, endometriosis, infertility, pelvic floor issues, and administrative tasks. This offers you excellent opportunities to engage and develop professionally.

The position is designed as a rotational role with weekend shifts every fourth weekend at the maternity/gynecology ward or the maternity ward. If you have not previously worked in women's healthcare, rotation may become relevant at a later stage.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed midwife or nurse

The following qualifications are meritorious:

• have prescribing rights (midwife) and preferably some years of experience in women's healthcare.
• are accustomed to working in multidisciplinary teams.
• have an interest in development work and wish to contribute to improving routines and working methods.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in women's healthcare. You thrive working both independently and in teams, have good collaboration skills, are solution-oriented and flexible, and provide excellent patient care.
