Do you want to help shape the future digital platform in a growing international group? We are now looking for a Senior Infor M3 Technical System Owner who wants to take overall responsibility for our M3 CE platform and contribute to our global development journey. You will become a key person in further developing our company's future business processes and ensuring that M3 is a stable, scalable, and efficient foundation for the operations.

Your Role
As the technical system owner, you will have overall responsibility for our M3 installation and work closely with the business to develop, improve, and ensure a stable and efficient solution. You will act as expert support across several business areas, lead integration issues, and participate in global rollout projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the M3 platform and its management, including roadmap, standards, and lifecycle.
• Actively participate in our global rollout project of Infor M3 CE and contribute expertise throughout the entire implementation process.
• Drive further development, improvements, and change initiatives in close collaboration with the business.
• Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing operations together with our partners.
• Lead and quality-assure integration issues related to M3 and adjacent systems.
• Act as expert support for super users and process owners within supply chain, finance, production, and sales.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and monitor new functionality from Infor.

Your Profile
You have extensive experience with Infor M3, a good understanding of central modules and integration solutions, and thrive in the intersection between technology and business processes. You work in a structured and proactive manner. You can work independently but also have an easy time collaborating, leading, and communicating in a clear and constructive way.

We are looking for someone with:

• Several years of experience with Infor M3, preferably as a consultant, application specialist, or system owner.
• Good understanding of central M3 modules—e.g., purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, and finance.
• Experience with integration solutions such as ION, M3 APIs, REST/JSON, or equivalent.
• Ability to work solution-oriented with both technology and business processes.
• A structured and proactive working style.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
