Title: Assistance Case Worker – SoL and LSS

We are seeking experienced assistance case workers for consultancy assignments within public administration. The assignment involves case processing according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS), as well as working with hospital patients ready for discharge.

The role includes standard duties within assistance case work, focusing on assessment, processing, documentation, and follow-up of measures. The assignment requires good knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to work independently and in a legally secure manner.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Social Care, Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent education
• At least five years of professional experience
• Experience in public administration and case processing within Elderly Care (SoL) and LSS
• Experience working with hospital patients ready for discharge
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Strong documentation skills
• Good collaboration skills
• Experience with the Lifecare system
• Experience with Cosmic Link

• Assignment period: June 15, 2026, to August 31, 2026
• Scope: Full-time
