Do you want to work closely with both customers, business, and the consulting team in a role with significant personal responsibility?

We are looking for a Senior IT Consultant Salesperson for our Linköping office who wants to play a key role in our continued growth. This role is aimed at you who have solid experience in IT consulting sales and want to combine a focus on new customers with long-term business and leadership responsibility.

About the role

As a Senior IT Consultant Salesperson, you have clear commercial primary responsibility with a focus on establishing new customers who do not yet buy from us. You work independently and strategically with prospecting, relationship building, and business development from the first dialogue to long-term partnership.

The role combines new customer acquisition and business development with long-term responsibility for the consulting team, customer relations, and delivery.

You are also responsible for developing the business with a number of existing customers and – when conditions are right – building and leading your own consulting team.

Our delivery model is based on:

  • Directly employed consultants, primarily within the IT infrastructure area
  • Established partners within other specialist areas

Your mission

  • Establish and develop new customer relationships at the management and decision-maker level (in the region)
  • Drive business with overall responsibility for solution, business, and profitability
  • Develop existing customer relationships through upselling and broadening
  • Work closely with customers to understand operations, needs, and long-term competence challenges
  • Participate in recruiting consultants, lead, and develop your own team of consultants
  • Ensure utilization, quality, and long-term business within the team

We are looking for you who

  • Have extensive experience in IT consulting sales (B2B)
  • Are documented successful in new customer acquisition and business building
  • Have very good business understanding and experience selling value-based IT solutions
  • Have good technical understanding, preferably within infrastructure, operations, cloud, or security
  • Are accustomed to working independently with significant mandate and personal responsibility
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

Meritorious

  • Experience in responsibility for larger accounts or customer portfolios
  • Previous role as consulting manager, team lead, or business owner
  • Established network of decision-makers in the region
  • Experience working with partner-based delivery in combination with own consultants
