YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Account Sales Representative at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Your daily routine is varied, with the core tasks listed below:
- Prospecting for new customers
- Handling cold and warm calls to customers
- Identifying staffing needs for new and existing customers
- Tailoring solutions within staffing and recruitment for the client, acting as a consultant for the client's recruitment needs
- Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in person at the client's location
- Follow-up and customer care in both the short and long term
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is hungry to develop and has the drive to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and result-driven. You thrive working with freedom under responsibility, and you drive your own development! You take ownership of your work and like to motivate those around you to succeed together!
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Meritorious:
- Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
- B2B experience
