We are looking for a Pre-production Engineer (Beredare) for our client in Örebro, a global leader in mining and construction equipment.

About the role

The Pre-production Engineer's role is crucial in the process between R&D and production. A well-functioning pre-production process provides the best conditions for building machines efficiently. As a Pre-production Engineer, you drive your own assignments and act as the technical link between R&D and production. You have a broad network and support our production flows and ongoing projects.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Maintain numerous internal and external contacts, primarily with suppliers via email.
• Create new customer orders in the M3 system.
• Provide support for an assembly flow where communication and information are key components.
• Receive Change Notices (CN) in Teamcenter and be responsible for processing them in M3.
• Work broadly within the group and provide support to other flows as needed.
• Be responsible for follow-up and feedback through continuous improvement work.

You are analytical and interested in improvement work. As a person, you are service-oriented, flexible, and innovative, while also being detail-oriented and comfortable with routine tasks.

To succeed and thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree or is a Civil Engineer.
• Is structured in their work and has the ability to identify and drive improvements, both large and small.
• Is communicative and easily builds relationships, both internally and externally.
• Is knowledgeable in the systems Teamcenter and M3.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
