Do you want to work in customer service in a technical environment this summer? We are now looking for a communicative and structured person for a summer temporary position in after-sales service in Skara.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone and email related to machinery in the forestry and agricultural sectors. You will primarily manage simpler cases and receive support from experienced colleagues for more complex issues.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Register and administer cases in the system
• Troubleshoot simple problems and develop solutions
• Follow up with customers in a professional manner

We are looking for you who:

• Are communicative and service-oriented
• Have good administrative skills and are comfortable using systems
• Have logical thinking and an interest in technology
• Are preferably a university/college student or have a similar background
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)

Other details:

• Start: Immediately (onboarding in June)
• Duration: At least until mid-August (possibility of extension)
• Working hours: Full-time, on-site (5 days/week)
• Salary: approx. 30,000 SEK/month
