About the role
As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with retailers in your district, which includes Västra Götaland, Värmland, Jönköping, and Örebro counties, among others. You will work from a home office located somewhere within the district and maintain close contact with colleagues and support functions at the office in Varberg. You play a key role in ensuring that our brands continue to hold a strong market position, building credibility through excellent product knowledge and advisory services provided to the stores.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships
  • Plan and conduct regular store visits, and participate in and support stores during events and campaigns
  • Drive initial sales of the core range and work on cross-selling during the high season
  • Support customers with assortment, inventory planning, and business development
  • Ensure visibility and exposure of our brands in stores

You work independently with great freedom under responsibility and plan your customer visits.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of a field sales representative with previous experience managing districts, preferably within relevant specialty retail. You work in a structured and independent manner, while possessing a strong business drive and a good understanding of the conditions and business aspects of retail. If you also have an interest in bicycles, technology, or similar areas, we consider this a merit.

As a person, you are humble, trustworthy, and have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You thrive in a role where you can combine business acumen with genuine engagement and significant personal responsibility.
