About the role

As an Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring a well-functioning daily operation by coordinating operational issues between the store, support office, and internal departments.

The role focuses on coordination, follow-up, and support in operational activities. You contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and processes, and ensure that information reaches the right recipient at the right time.

You will also drive and coordinate smaller to medium-sized projects within operations and business development, with the goal of creating structure, efficiency, and good progress in a growing organization.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• coordinate daily operational issues related to the store, product flow, and seasonal activities
• follow up on deviations and operational matters
• support stores with questions regarding routines, systems, orders, and operational processes
• coordinate information between the store, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and support functions
• plan and coordinate activities during campaigns, seasonal launches, and business changes
• ensure that workflows function efficiently and according to plan
• identify areas for improvement in working methods, routines, and flows
• produce materials, simple reports, and follow-ups related to operations and implementation
• contribute to clear communication and structure in operational matters

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a coordinating role where you have many contact points while simultaneously creating order, clarity, and progress.

You are structured, solution-oriented, and good at prioritizing when multiple things are happening at once. You have a good understanding of operational activities and enjoy working closely with both people and processes.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are communicative, detail-oriented, and confident in following up, driving things forward, and getting things done. You are unpretentious in your approach and have a natural interest in improving flows, routines, and collaborations.

We would appreciate if you have experience from retail, operations, administration, logistics, or other activities where coordination and operational follow-up have been an important part of the work.

Employment Information

• Employment: Full-time, permanent. Probation period applies.
