Responsibilities

The role of Consultant Manager is varied, and you are given the opportunity to develop broadly within HR while gaining valuable experience in organizational and business understanding.

• Recruitment: Requirement profile, job advertisement, selection, interview, presentation to the client, and employment process
• Build client relationships: Establish and maintain business relationships with your clients
• Personnel responsibility for consultants: Follow-up on well-being, development, working environment, develop your leadership, labor law, etc.

We are looking for you who

• Have work experience in service-related work and customer contact
• Have completed post-secondary education in personnel science/HR, behavioral science, service management, or similar
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous experience from a role as a Consultant Manager or similar
