Step into a role where you drive IoT projects from concept to finished solution. Here you combine customer dialogue with technical expertise to become the key that makes the whole system work!

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IoT Project Manager for an exciting and developmental role where you will serve as a central and business-oriented link between the customer and subcontractors. You are responsible for driving the dialogue with the customer after the business deal is concluded, capturing the needs for DUC (Digital Maintenance and Control Systems), and transforming this into a clear and feasible solution. You oversee the project from business agreement to final installation, focusing on ensuring that customer needs are converted into functioning technical solutions, on time and with high quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct dialogue with customers to capture and specify the needs for the correct DUC.
  • Ensure that projects stay within timeframes and quality standards.
  • Coordinate delivery, installation, and implementation together with subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any deviations or change requests.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is driven, curious, and has an interest in technology, real estate, and IoT. You should have experience interacting with customers and suppliers, preferably through a previous role linked to project management or a background in control and regulation technology, building technology, or similar.

As a person, you are structured and responsible with a natural ability to create order and drive your work forward. You thrive in a role with many contact areas and in a job where your communication skills allow you to easily explain technical solutions in an understandable way.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of or experience with DUC and how IT and IoT connect.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits

  • Experience working in a Project Manager role.
  • Experience building dashboards, for example in Grafana.
