Job Description

You are the representative of citizens in the work with citizen services and investigate and formulate needs for new or improved functions and services. The main task is to work with the citizen services on 1177. The work consists of advice and support regarding the use of the services and being involved in the process of development and improvements to utilize the services as well as possible. When questions and problems arise, you perform troubleshooting to identify and solve any problems together with other colleagues and/or suppliers.

You support healthcare operations, coordinate network groups and key persons within different healthcare disciplines and citizen groupings to formulate how new functionality within 1177 e-services can be used in the best way. You will work on improving the user experience by improving the digital tools that enable contact with healthcare, primarily via 1177. When implementing new citizen services, you are an active participant and you contribute to the work of creating and maintaining training for different target groups. Participation in various forums at the national level is a natural part of the assignment, as is collaboration within the South-Eastern Healthcare Region.

About You

You have an academic education or equivalent competence, with good knowledge of care and care processes. You have an interest in digital solutions and digital working methods. It is an advantage if you have worked with platform services, for example Personalverktyg. You have experience in supporting change processes within the operation you work in today. It is meritorious if you have experience in project management and/or conducting training. You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

You communicate and document clearly and understand how the interaction works between healthcare operations and citizens. You work independently and follow established plans and keep agreed timeframes.
