About the role:

We are currently looking for a Payroll Consultant for our client in Linköping. In this role, you will work broadly with the payroll process, ensuring that salaries are handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with current regulations. You will be involved in several parts of the process, from control and follow-up to reporting and administration. As a Payroll Consultant, you are responsible for payroll management for some of the company's clients.

This position is a direct hire, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Poolia and you will be employed directly by our client in Linköping. All questions regarding the position are answered by recruitment consultant Jens Uhr.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for correct and timely monthly payroll runs
• Issuing employer certificates and other relevant documents
• Handling various collective agreements
• Processing expense reports, reimbursements, and benefits
• Handling reporting and communication with external authorities
• Calculating vacation entitlements
• Participate in and drive improvements to the payroll process

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education/experience within payroll
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations related to payroll, such as labor law, tax, vacation, and pension.
• Strong administrative skills, structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Good system proficiency and experience working in payroll systems
