Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with over 430 clubs and several padel facilities across the country. We are now looking for sales-oriented receptionists for our clubs in Gothenburg. Are you a service-minded person with drive and engagement? • In our substitute pool, where you work at several different clubs

As a sales-oriented receptionist, you are the face of the club and are responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment where our members thrive. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting our members in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner
• Ensuring the club is always clean, tidy, and inviting
• Driving sales of memberships and products
• Creating a family-like and positive atmosphere

The work is varied and fast-paced, and we are looking for someone who is flexible and self-motivated. No day is the same, and you will play an important role in delivering a world-class training experience.

We are looking for you who:

• Are 18 years or older
• Have natural drive and love meeting people
• Are flexible and can work during the day, evenings, and weekends
• Are service-oriented and have a positive attitude
• Thrive in a high tempo and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Are self-motivated, take initiative, and see what needs to be done

Previous experience in service, sales, or reception is advantageous, but not a requirement – we are looking for you who have the right attitude, energy, and desire to develop.

The position is 100%. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
