The Role

Our customer service takes care of our most valuable asset: our customers. You will help restaurants, cafés, and other businesses with questions and technical issues. The work is carried out via phone or online when customers contact Onslip, but you will also proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied and have everything they need to run an efficient operation. You will also handle inquiries regarding contracts, invoices, and other customer service-related matters.

Who are you?

You are responsible, driven, service-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and have an interest in technology. We expect you to have a high school education, but beyond that, there are no specific educational requirements. At Onslip, you will receive all the training you need to succeed in the role.

Working Hours

We will create a schedule together during the support hours. There are also good opportunities for increased work during the summer. Additional compensation (OB) applies for inconvenient working hours.

Support Hours:

• Weekdays: 09:00–18:00
• Weekends: 11:00–15:00
