Your Role

As a store sales assistant at Lidl, you play a key role! You are the face of our company to our customers, and for you, the customer is always number one. You simply love providing great service every day. In the role of store sales assistant, you will work with a variety of tasks that are part of daily store operations.

This includes tasks such as:

• Unpacking all goods and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and checking expiry dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, together with your colleagues, you will add that little extra to give our customers the best possible store experience!

Your Profile

We are looking for you who want to be part of a team that works together and moves forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done, and you are driven by working in a results-oriented manner and contributing to the store's success.

• We view it as a positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude towards changes
• You are at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

The position is a summer vacancy of 20 hours per week, starting immediately, and running until the end of August 2026. Of course, you are also covered by collective agreements and a pension plan. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts included.
