You work in a team with a colleague and have close collaboration with the doctors responsible for the patients in your team. Additionally, you have the opportunity to engage in improvement and development work, mentor colleagues, and students.

- You have good communication skills and can create a sense of security for the patient.
- You are structured and solution-focused.
- You are interested in preventive and long-term work.
