We are now looking for temporary staff for our team on Sankta Birgittas gata in Lödöse. We offer a developmental job where you make a difference! The position is for a temporary employee.

About Sankta Birgittas gata

The facility is located in central Lödöse in a residential area, close to shops and public transport (train/bus). The facility is a service housing consisting of 4 house blocks with terraced apartments. Individuals with multiple diagnoses live here, meaning they have LSS eligibility as well as addiction/mental illness/psychiatric diagnoses. The work is carried out with colleagues who have experience with the target group and a great interest in finding pedagogical solutions to all the challenges we face.

About the role As a temporary employee here, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and content-rich. You support and guide with, among other things, personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and to create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours in the facility are scheduled during daytime, evening time, weekends, and on-call sleeping shifts.

The facility has an active operations manager who is on-site and supports you and your colleagues in reflections and thoughts.

Your experience and knowledge We prefer that you have previous experience with the target group and education is meritorious. You should have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing; it is also meritorious if you can speak Dari and/or Persian. To be able to work with us, we have a driver's license requirement as many activities such as doctor visits and more take place every week. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
