We are embarking on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for reinforcements for our electronics production in Mölndal.

The Role – A Key Player in Our Team

In the production team at SETEK Systems, you will work closely with both colleagues and the development team to deliver products of the highest quality. You will play a central role in ensuring both delivery and improvements – we are looking for you if you want to help raise the level, every single day.

Your main responsibilities:

• Assembly of electronic components
• Construction of cabling according to IPC standards
• Soldering according to IPC standards
• Inspection, documentation, and testing of hardware
• Quality assurance and improvement work
• Maintaining 5S standards

Your profile – Structured, quality-conscious, and team-oriented

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education (preferably technical focus)
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Has experience in electronics production and soldering (meritorious)
• Has good color vision (required due to component identification)
• Is structured, meticulous, and takes responsibility for your delivery
• Thrives in collaboration and contributing to a strong team
• Has a continuous improvement focus and wants to be involved in developing both working methods and results

You will be led by a team leader but are also encouraged to take initiative and contribute to the team's performance and development.
