About the role
As a Production Manager, you report to the Production Director and have personnel responsibility for approximately 20 employees. You are responsible for the daily operations within your area of responsibility and act as a key person in the operational organization. Your task is to create structure, clarity, and the right conditions for the team to succeed – both in everyday life and over time.
You are a leader who acts consistently, fairly, and professionally, creating trust through clear decisions and equal treatment. You take responsibility for results and the working environment and ensure that delivery, safety, and quality function in line with goals and guidelines. You plan and prioritize structurally with a good overview of production, staffing, and resources. You give clear and constructive feedback that contributes to development and engagement. You are a safe and stable role model through presence in the operations and lead through dialogue and collaboration in close cooperation with the Production Director, other Production Managers, and support functions.
Your main tasks
You are responsible for the daily operations within your area of responsibility and are a present leader in everyday life. In this role, this means that you lead, coach, and develop employees in daily operations and create clear conditions for engagement and professional pride through a present and clear leadership.
You ensure safety, quality, and a well-functioning working environment where work is carried out in a safe and structured manner, in line with laws, agreements, and Alligo's way of working. You plan, prioritize, and follow up on production, staffing, and key figures and have a good overview of resources and flows. You set goals, follow up on results, and ensure the right staffing for both daily operations and long-term development.
When operational disruptions occur, you act safely and decisively and make well-founded decisions even when conditions change quickly. You drive improvement work and turn goals and analyses into concrete action through clear communication and close collaboration with the team and other functions.

We are looking for you who

You have experience leading and motivating employees in an operational business and thrive close to production. You are used to taking responsibility, making decisions, and following up on results, ensuring that goals, staffing, and results are followed up on structurally.
You have the ability to plan, prioritize, and create clarity in a high operational tempo and can prioritize correctly in both the short and long term. You give constructive feedback and develop both people and working methods through dialogue, feedback, and presence. You are a present and communicative leader who builds relationships and creates engagement in the team.
Experience from logistics, warehouse, or production operations, as well as work with WMS or similar systems, is meritorious. However, we place the greatest emphasis on your leadership and your ability to create results through other people.
