Your Responsibilities

• Reception work with assessments, counseling, and triage.
• Telephone advice and digital patient contact.
• Wound care, injections, sample collection, and other practical tasks.
• Health conversations and patient education.
• Follow-up of chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD) depending on competence.
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers and authorities.
• Documentation and quality work.

You work in a team with a colleague and have close collaboration with the doctors responsible for the patients in your team. In our telephone advice service, you, as a nurse, primarily call the patients in your team. In this way, you have the opportunity to get to know your patients over time and make a real difference.

We are brave enough to try new ways of working and continuously develop new routines that promote good accessibility for the patient and a good work environment for you as an employee. Additionally, you have the opportunity to engage in improvement and development work, mentor colleagues, and students.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse or district nurse. Experience in primary care is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to develop.
