DC Talents is helping our client, an established Swedish brand with global ambitions, find a Junior Performance Marketing Assistant for approximately 10 hours per week. This is a consulting position suited for you who are currently studying and expect to graduate no earlier than Spring 2027, and who are looking for an exciting and developmental part-time job. You will be based at the company's office in Norrköping.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of Junior Performance Marketing Assistant involves a split focus between meticulous campaign management and data-driven analysis in Meta & Google. You will become part of a startup company in an exciting phase, with the ambition that the person in this role will grow and develop alongside the company over time.

Main Responsibilities

• Campaign management, including uploading campaigns, ads, copy, and video material in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• KPI monitoring and optimization.
• Evaluation and analysis of material in relation to profitability across different markets.
• Weekly reporting and follow-up.

The workload is estimated at approximately 10 hours per week, making it perfect for you who want to combine your studies with valuable experience.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for you who are currently studying marketing, communications, or a similar field at a post-secondary level, with an expected graduation date no earlier than Spring 2027. To succeed in this role, we also see that you have basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, acquired through studies, personal projects, or side jobs. You are comfortable using Excel and other digital tools and have an interest in data and analysis.
